How do I make a reservation?

You can check availability and book directly on our WhatsApp number. ALMARA Suites is also available through selected booking platforms. Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.

What payment methods are accepted?

The available payment methods will be displayed during the booking process and may vary depending on the platform used to make your reservation. Please contact us if you need help completing a payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the rate and booking platform selected. The applicable policy will always be shown before you confirm your reservation. Please review it carefully, as some promotional rates may be non-refundable.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, subject to availability. An additional charge may apply. Contact us before arrival and we’ll let you know what is possible for your reservation.

How do I collect my keys?

Before arrival, you’ll receive clear instructions explaining how to access the property and collect your keys from the designated key box.

Is self check-in available?

Yes. ALMARA offers self check-in so you can enter conveniently using the instructions provided before arrival. We remain available if you need assistance.

What are the swimming-pool opening hours?

The swimming pool is available seasonally and normally closes at 11:00 p.m. Availability may change because of weather, maintenance or safety requirements. The pool is not heated, so its temperature depends on the weather.

Are children allowed in the pool?

Yes, children may use the pool, but they must always be supervised by a responsible adult. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Are the shared areas available to every guest?

Yes. Registered guests may enjoy the designated gardens, pool and shared guest areas. Please respect other guests, keep communal areas tidy and follow the property’s quiet-hours policy.

How far is ALMARA from Córdoba’s historic centre?

ALMARA Suites is located in El Brillante, a peaceful residential area approximately 10 minutes from Córdoba’s historic centre by car, depending on traffic. A taxi or public transport is generally more convenient than walking, particularly during hot weather.

Is parking available?

Parking is available on the street outside the property. ALMARA is in a quiet residential area, but parking spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Guest vehicles are not parked inside the property.

Is public transport available nearby?

Yes. A bus stop is approximately five minutes away on foot, and taxis are also available. Journey times may vary depending on traffic and the time of day.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Families and children are welcome at ALMARA. Please note that we do not currently provide baby equipment, so guests should bring any cots, highchairs or other items they may require.

Can you accommodate groups?

Yes, subject to availability, occupancy limits and our house rules. For larger groups or exclusive-use enquiries, please contact us before booking so we can help identify the best arrangement.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not currently accepted at ALMARA Suites.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or indoor shared areas. Guests may smoke on their private balcony where available, provided this does not disturb other guests and all cigarette waste is disposed of safely.

What are the quiet hours?

ALMARA is located in a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight, and to avoid music, parties or behaviour that could disturb neighbours or other guests. The swimming pool closes at 11:00 p.m.
